1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of FrameOrbit, including the iPhone app, website, and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using FrameOrbit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

FrameOrbit is the product and service name. The service is operated by MENG YUAN as an individual developer. In these Terms, “FrameOrbit,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that operator unless the context requires otherwise.

2. Eligibility and Device-Bound Use

You must be legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction. If you are below the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

FrameOrbit does not require a traditional username-and-password account for the core creative features. The app may use internal device-bound service identifiers to route requests, restore purchases, maintain credits, and return results. If FrameOrbit later offers a login account feature, account deletion options will be provided for that login-based account flow.

3. License and Service Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use FrameOrbit for personal or internal business use, depending on the scope of your lawful usage.

This license does not transfer ownership of the service or any underlying software, models, site content, infrastructure, or product branding.

We may impose feature restrictions, credit limits, plan limits, quality settings, task limits, or other operational controls as needed for reliability, abuse prevention, or commercial operation.

FrameOrbit may offer different AI creation workflows over time. Available features, models, and options may change as the product evolves.

4. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Credits

Certain features may require paid access, subscriptions, or credits. Purchases made on iOS are processed through Apple under Apple's billing rules.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account at least twenty-four hours before the end of the current billing period, subject to Apple's billing terms. You are responsible for reviewing Apple's pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and trial terms before purchase.

Credits are a product access mechanism, not stored cash, bank value, or a guaranteed redeemable financial balance. Credits may be consumed when you submit eligible creation actions, according to the pricing presented in the app or otherwise shown at the time of use. Subscription entitlements and purchase records may be used to determine current access.

Pricing, credit cost, subscription packaging, included entitlements, and provider availability may change over time. If Apple requires its standard end-user license terms or supplementary payment disclosures, those also apply where relevant.

Unless expressly stated otherwise inside the product, credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are tied to the relevant service state or entitlement record used by FrameOrbit to determine access.

Credits purchased through Apple in-app purchase do not expire while FrameOrbit continues to operate the applicable paid feature, except where credits are removed because of refunds, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, account or service-state errors, or legal requirements. Credits or allowances included with a subscription may renew, reset, or end according to the subscription plan terms shown in the app.

5. User Content and AI Outputs

You retain responsibility for the prompts, uploads, reference media, audio tracks included in uploaded videos, and other content you submit through FrameOrbit.

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload, process, and use that content through the service.

You must not upload or request processing for content that violates law, infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy or publicity rights, or otherwise exceeds the permitted scope of your own usage rights.

You grant FrameOrbit and its service providers the limited rights needed to host, store, transmit, process, transform, and display your User Content solely to operate the service, return results, maintain your gallery or task history, and support reliability, moderation, billing, and abuse prevention.

Uploaded media and generated outputs are intended for temporary service delivery and are configured for automatic deletion after 7 days through configured object storage lifecycle cleanup rules, subject to backup, security, legal, billing, and abuse-prevention requirements.

You understand that AI-generated outputs may resemble other generated or public content, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and may require human review before publication or commercial use. You remain responsible for how you use, share, or rely on outputs produced through FrameOrbit.

If uploaded media includes faces or other personal features, FrameOrbit processes that media only as creative input for the requested workflow. We do not use your uploads to identify a person, verify identity, create biometric templates, or build a face-recognition database.

Except for the limited rights described above, these Terms do not claim ownership of your User Content.

We may remove, block, or decline to process content when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, respond to legal complaints, enforce platform rules, or protect the service and other users.

6. Prohibited Uses

You must not use FrameOrbit to:

  • break the law or encourage illegal activity;
  • abuse, harass, exploit, or harm other people;
  • infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other third-party rights;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, or overload the service;
  • evade product limits, billing rules, moderation, or service controls;
  • use the service to distribute malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or sexually exploitative content;
  • submit content that you do not have the right to use or that violates another person's privacy;
  • impersonate a person, create misleading identity-based content, or use another person's likeness without appropriate rights or consent;
  • create or request sexual, exploitative, or abusive content involving minors;
  • attempt to use FrameOrbit for biometric identification, face recognition, surveillance, or eligibility decisions about people;
  • attempt to obtain unauthorized access to another user's content or service state.

7. Intellectual Property

FrameOrbit, including its website, application interfaces, branding, text, visual identity, software, and associated materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from FrameOrbit materials.

Nothing in these Terms transfers to you any ownership of our software, trade names, trademarks, website materials, or other proprietary rights, except for the limited use rights expressly granted above.

8. Service Availability and Termination

FrameOrbit may evolve over time. We may add, remove, suspend, update, or change features, model availability, limits, pricing, or workflows without guaranteeing that any specific feature will remain available forever.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if continued access is not operationally, legally, or commercially feasible.

You may stop using the service at any time. Certain sections of these Terms will continue to apply after termination, including sections relating to payments, liability, intellectual property, and legal obligations.

Termination or suspension does not automatically entitle you to a refund except where required by Apple's billing rules or applicable law.

9. Disclaimer

FrameOrbit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly secure, or suitable for every specific creative, business, or legal use case.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

We also do not guarantee that any specific third-party provider, model, feature, or generation quality level will remain available at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrameOrbit and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

11. Apple-Specific Terms

If you access FrameOrbit through an iPhone, iPad, or other Apple device, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and FrameOrbit, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the service or its content except as required by law.

FrameOrbit uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for the licensed iOS app. These Terms govern FrameOrbit's cloud service, website, billing support, credits, AI workflows, user content, and related operations. If these Terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA for the licensed app, Apple's Standard EULA controls for that licensed-app issue.

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms to the extent applicable to the licensed iOS app and may enforce them against you if required by Apple's platform rules.
